MEET THE BOARD

Jim is an advisor and consultant to families, family offices and private trust companies. He specializes in helping families in the planning, structuring, and organizing of these entities as well as developing a template for family ownership and governance. Mr. Ruddy is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Jim and his wife, Terry, are closely involved with the Chapel Haven school in Connecticut, where their son, Colm, attends.

Wendy Belzberg is the mother of a daughter with developmental and cognitive delays. She works to promote and to ensure educational, vocational and social equity for all individuals with special needs. She is the founder of Inclusive Initiative, a group of stakeholders committed to making Bedford, NY, an inclusive community where everyone belongs. Belzberg serves as Chair of Bedford's Neurodiversity Task Force, President of the Bedford Riding Lanes Association, and Co-Chair of Bedford’s Open Space Committee.

Suzanne Gaba Aisenberg has spent more than three decades in philanthropy, working first at The Atlantic Philanthropies and later as an independent consultant supporting a wide range of nonprofit organizations. In recent years, she has dedicated her personal philanthropic efforts to advancing inclusion for individuals with special needs. As the parent of a young adult on the autism spectrum, she understands firsthand that meaningful progress in inclusion is a long-term effort but one that can lead to more equitable opportunities in housing, employment, and social connection. She lives on the Upper West Side of New York and enjoys weekends with her family in Columbia County.

Uma Seshamani is an Equity and ETFs Specialist at Jane Street, where she leads sales initiatives and partners with institutional clients to provide trading solutions. Before joining Jane Street, she founded MNAHVI Group, advising executives on capital raising and investor relations. Uma has also held senior roles at BMO Capital Markets, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, with experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, and sales.
